I think the story to this one is kinda whatever, but the presentation really caught my eye. The framing of every panel is phenomenal and there are a ton of really unique and memorable character designs. The MC trying to be both the Punisher and Robin Hood at the same time is interesting and does a good job of setting him up for a taste of his own medicine at some point.

The names I think are kinda silly - "Ruhtra Frysta", it's just phenome salad. Is it really so hard to google "list of names in X language?" That's a nitpick though.
