The selling point for Snarlbear is definitely the coloring. It's very pretty to look at. There's one interesting dream sequence where the style switches to a colored pencil aesthetic, very cool. The story I think falls a bit flat, and in particular I think the ending left a lot to be desired. So much never gets explained. What was that jailbreak sequence at the beginning, just a dream or something more? How did Daisy get to this fantasy world? What's its relation to the human world? Why does magic from this world turn people into monsters the longer they stay there? Etc.
